The rooms are a nice size and cozy. The bed was very comfortable. The staff were excellent. The location is convenient, just a short walk to the grocery store and ferry terminal.

Very-very nice staff made my stay an excellent experience. The room itself was large and cozy with the twin bed and comfortable sofa, for instance. The food was amazing for breakfast.

The rooms are cozy and comfy, have bright bathroom. It has absolutely perfect and comfortable location really close to the grocery store, restaurants and stores and a restaurant. There is Fresh serving quick meals 5 mins walk from the hotel.

Room had a great view of the harbor 🌅 and the location was right at the center of the pier.

The location of these cottages is ideal, right on a wharf and within walking distance of all the attractions in town. The Upper Mermansion offers great views and the included bikes are a convenient bonus. The cottages are well-equipped with plenty of towels and efficient organization.

There were some minor issues with the check-in process and a lack of interest from staff when a complaint was made about the lack of TV.

our recent stay in nantucket was absolutely incredible, thanks to the cottages & lofts. everything was perfect for our romantic trip, from the amazing location near the ferry to the helpful and friendly staff. we couldn't have asked for a better experience.
